Lottery officials say a $189 million Mega Millions jackpot ticket was sold in Maryland.
Maryland Lottery spokeswoman Erica Palmisano says there was one winning ticket for Tuesday night's drawing and it was sold at Dash In in Severn. Palmisano says the retailer will receive a commission of up to $100,000.
The winners have 182 days to claim the prize. While the jackpot is valued at $189 million, the winner can choose a cash option worth $130 million.
The winning numbers were: 07-10-30-37-53, Mega Ball: 1.
This is the second Mega Millions jackpot win in Maryland this year. A Mount Airy woman claimed a $26 million jackpot in February.
