11-Year-Old Girl Dies Days After Maryland Murder-Suicide

Police say the child's father shot her and three other family members

Days after police say a Montgomery County, Maryland, man shot four members of his family, another of his children has died.

Mina Kim died Thursday after being shot in her home, officials announced Friday. She was 11.

Yong Mun Kim shot the 11-year-old, his wife, his 10-year-old son and his 22-year-old stepdaughter and then killed himself, police said. 

Police responded to a call at the 100 block of Amberlaigh Drive just after midnight Monday. They found Sang Yeon Kim, 48, and Andy Kim, 10, dead. Mina Kim and her stepsister were rushed to a hospital.

Mina Kim died at the hospital, police said. The 22-year-old woman was in stable condition, police said Friday. 

Yong Mun Kim is believed to have planned the murder-suicide, leaving names and phone numbers of relatives for police.
