8 Catholic University of America Students Robbed in Northeast

Eight Catholic University of America students were robbed in northeast D.C. Thursday evening.

According to a news release from the university, the incident was reported just before 6 p.m. in the 600 block of Taylor Street NE. 

The students were approached by two men, one of whom had a gun, who demanded their cell phones, wallets, backpacks and other personal property. 

Once they got what they wanted, the suspects fled the scene.

No one was injured.
