Walk your way to a healthier you with the U.S. FreedomWalk’s 5K and 10K at the NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo.
In an effort to promote lifelong fitness, U.S. FreedomWalk will lead a walk that will allow you to meet other people striving toward fitness, explore the Expo arena and take a spin outside if the weather is nice.
Register to join in on the fun at Booth 2252 on Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
You can choose between 5K and 10K trails. Each walker will receive an award for participating. The walks will finish by 4 p.m.
The Expo will be held Jan. 7 and 8 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Go here for complete schedules and hours.
