Real Housewife Teresa Giudice Coming to the Health and Fitness Expo

The reality star credits yoga for helping her get through tough times in her life

Reality television star, entrepreneur and author Teresa Giudice is coming to the NBC4 and Telemundo44 Health and Fitness Expo in March at the Washington Convention Center.

Giudice, who stars in "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," is set to be on the Health and Fitness Expo Main Stage on Sunday, March 11 at 1:00 p.m.

Giudice is a four-time New York Times bestselling author. Her latest book is a memoir called, “Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again,” which highlights her rise to fame, her marriage, the importance of her family and the reality TV franchise that kick-started her career in the industry.

She will be signing her book at the Expo starting at 2 p.m. on Sunday. 

The book also discusses the year she spent in prison for bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy and how she used yoga to help get her through the experience. Guidice has become a full-on yogi and reinvented herself into a zen "Housewife."

On NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice”, Giudice raised $70,000 for the charity NephCure, which supports research to find a cure for the kidney disease Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and Nephrotic Syndrome.

The daughter of Italian immigrants, Giudice grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, where she met Joe, her husband of 16 years. She is a mother of four daughters and she graduated from Berkeley College with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management. Guidice has also launched her own line of bottled bellinis called Fabellini.
