The Wyndham Vacation Resorts opened to guests at the National Harbor Jan. 15.
Wyndham officials described the sprawling facility as its flagship urban resort -- it has 250 rooms and suites.
The new resort is expected to give the local economy a boost. It is expected to create more than 100 new jobs and bring $48 million in revenue to the Washington area every year.
This is the second such resort to take up residency at National Harbor. The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center opened in April 2008.
