If you receive your television signal by using an antenna, you may need to rescan to receive the NBCLX signal. Many televisions rescan and add new signals automatically, however if you have older equipment, you may need to rescan.
Rescanning is a process in which your television finds all the free over-the-air local television stations that you can watch with your antenna. You do not need any new equipment to rescan your television.
Rescanning takes approximately 5 minutes and once you rescan, you will continue to receive all your free over-the-air local channels plus new channels like NBCLX.
Steps to rescan:
- First find your remote! It may be hiding between your couch cushions.
- Press menu and set up.
- Choose antenna and then channel scan or auto tune.
- Your television will rescan and find all your local channels including NBCLX.
Rescan and start watching NBCLX today.
