Woman Charged With Trespassing After Allegedly Peeping In Britney Spears' Windows

A 26-year-old woman was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct after allegedly peering into the windows of Britney Spears' Calabasas home, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told Access Hollywood on Thursday.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was spotted by security on the grounds of the pop star's home, looking into the house while dressed in camouflaged fatigues, according to the police report obtained by Access. She was carrying a backpack and video equipment, the report states.

Tozier-Robins was asked to leave the property by security personal before having to be physically escorted off the grounds and detained by a police deputy. She was later booked on the two charges.

She was released on a citation to appear in Malibu Court on June 16, 2009.

According to what appears to be Tozier-Robbins' blog, she is a student at the New England Institute of Art and a former "American Idol" contestant who competed on Season 5 of the FOX show. In one post, she claims to have sung Britney Spears' "Everytime" during an audition.

Britney is back in LA tonight for the first of two performances at Staples Center on her "The Circus Starring Britney Spears" tour.
