What You're Doing Tonight: 4/12

The Wooden Birds:  Whew. It’s the end of the week and you’re looking for a fun way to mellow out. Well, head out tonight to the Black Cat and groove to the melodious sounds of The Wooden Birds, a new project by Andrew Kenny. Former leader of the American Analog Set, a well-known hush music band, Kenny puts his audiences into a trance with lullaby-like melodies and soft vocals. Get ready for a night of musical relaxation! Lymbyc System performs on the backstage. 9 p.m. $10.
