Meet the new Fockers.

Robert De NiroBen Stiller, and Owen Wilson are all in negotiations to star in "Meet the Little Fockers," the third installment of the comedy series that is rumored to focus on the offspring of Gaylord "Greg Focker -- played by Ben Stiller -- and wife Pam -- played by Teri Polo.

Talks are moving forward at Universal Studios, according to Hit Fix, and the plot to "Little Fockers" will likely follow the same winning formula that has grossed the first two films over $800 million worldwide.

Owen Wilson had small roles in the first two "Meet the Parents" films and is set to have a larger role this time around. It is unknown if Barbara Streisand and Dustin Hoffman will be appearing after they starred in "Meet the Fockers" in 2004 playing Stiller's parents, the site reported.

Jay Roach, who directed the first two films, will not be returning to that role, instead he will produce. Roach has committed to directing Dreamworks "Dinner for Schmucks," which Paul Rudd is currently in negotiations to star in, according to Hit Fix.

Possible replacements for Roach are David Wain (Role Models), Peyton Reed (Yes Man), and Paul Weitz (In Good Company), according to Digital Spy.

John Hamburg is set to write the script. He previously wrote the 2004 hit "Along Came Polly" with Stiller.
