Sister, Can You Spare a … Bra?

Bra trade-in now through March 21

Want some news bras... but don't actually NEED new bras? That's OK -- we've located a technicality to ease your recessionista guilt. Luxe lingerie retailer SyLene of Washington (4407 S. Park Ave., Chevy Chase, Md.) is collecting gently used bras to donate to the women of Families Forward, a nonprofit that helps homeless and low-income families find affordable housing and job training.

For every bra you bring in, you'll get $5 off the purchase of a new one. See, you're helping out AND getting a discount! Plus, SyLene is also accepting panty trade-ins, for which you'll get $2.50 off each new pair of undies. And when we say luxe, we totally mean it. You'll find brands such as Betsey Johnson, Donna Karan Intimates, La Perla, NuBra and Spanx. (Threw that last one in there to see if you were paying attention.)

The trade-in event is going on now through March 21, so rifle through those drawers, already, ladies. Uh ... We meant the drawers in your dresser, that is.
