Jaden Smith To Wax On/Wax Off: Will Smith’s son, Jaden Smith, is set to star in a remake of the beloved 80’s classic, “The Karate Kid,” Variety reports. The film will be set in a slew of international locations, including Beijing, but will borrow themes and elements from the original film, which starred Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita. No word if the evil leg-sweeping guys from the Cobra Kai dojo will return. And, we’re not sold on this remake until we see Jaden’s one-legged crane kick!
