No one has been charged in the shootings but authorities have called Balfour a “person of interest.” He’s the estranged husband of Julia Hudson, the sister of the singer and actress.

The 27-year-old Balfour is in custody for violating his parole from a 1999 attempted murder conviction.

Review Board Chairman Jorge Montes (HOR’-hay MON’-tehs) says Balfour could be released if the board finds no cause to continue holding him
