Natalie Cole has returned home from the hospital just five days after receiving a kidney transplant.
The 59-year-old went home on Sunday, a rep for the singer confirmed to People.
Cole reportedly planned on attending a memorial service for her sister Carol "Cookie" Cole on Monday, who died after battling lung cancer the same day the Grammy winner underwent her kidney transplant, according to the mag.
"Natalie is continuing to do well under the circumstances," her rep said.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Cole, who has hepatitis C and was undergoing kidney dialysis three times a week, was at her sister's bedside when she got the news that a kidney was available.
