WOODBRIDGE -- A garbage collector died after being run over by a garbage truck Monday morning.
The truck was backing up at Herons Run Lane and Express Drive in Woodbridge at about 9:30 a.m. when 23-year-old Rodrigo Jaime Hernandez tried to hop on, police said. Hernandez apparently lost his grip, fell and was run over by the truck.
No charges have been filed.
