First Family Hits The Slopes

Obamas make a "low-key" visit to Ski Liberty

You might be sick of snow, but it suits the first family just fine.

First lady Michelle Obama, along with daughters Sasha and Malia, spent the weekend hitting the slopes at Ski Liberty Resort in Adams County, Pa., according to The Herald-Mail.

On Saturday, mother and daughters spent six hours hitting the slopes in a "low-key" visit from Camp David, Marketing Director Anne Weimer told The Herald-Mail. It was the busiest weekend of the season.

"It was nice they could be out on the slopes with everyone else," she said.

Ski Liberty is about an hour away from Washington. It's open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
