Ellen Tries To Court Clooney With Chippendales Dancers

Ellen DeGeneres has been trying to land George Clooney as a guest on her talk show for months and she has gone to great lengths to woo him on to her set. Her latest effort to nab George involved six shirtless Chippendale dancers showing up at his office — based on the advice of George’s pal, Brad Pitt.

“We’ve tried everything,” Ellen explained to Brad of her “catch Clooney” efforts during his appearance on her show Wednesday, via satellite from New Orleans.

The talk show host has been trying to get an interview with George since recently becoming his neighbor on the Warner Bros. Studio lot.

“We’ve sent Victoria’s Secret models over. We’ve sent Miss America over. We’ve sent Kate Hudson over. We’ve sent gifts. We decorated his bungalow for Halloween. I don’t know what more we can do,” Ellen told Brad.

Seizing the opportunity to have some fun with his good friend, Brad had a randy suggestion for Ellen.

“This is your problem … Get a bunch of Chippendales. He’s yours! Three, four – no less than three.” Brad said, “Make one a blonde!”

Ellen took Brad’s advice assembling a group of scantily clad Chippendale dancers, including a blonde, who were only wearing pants and bow ties.

Before sending the dancers next door to George, Ellen coached the guys.

“He may act like he is not interested – he is! Brad would not steer us wrong. Brad knows what George wants and he want’s y’all!” Ellen told her dancers “[Brad] had mentioned thongs [during his appearance], but whatever, this is good enough. Go make it rain men!”

Unfortunately, only the staff at George’s office enjoyed Ellen’s hunky gift, as the actor was not there.
