- Mad Rose Tavern, the wine-and-liquor focused restaurant by Scott Arnold, opens today in Arlington at 3100 Clarendon Blvd. The venue's large bar will offer whiskeys from Scotland and Ireland, various microbrews, and wine, which Arnold promised will be dirt cheap.
