Morbid, but True. Washington D.C. is looking at a $322 million deficit in 2012, and that's a debt tax increases and budget cuts may not be able to patch easily. However, The Washington Business Journal's Michael Neibauer reports the city could receive a huge payday from its wealthiest residents dying, and their resulting estate tax payments.
