WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police are asking for the public’s help in identifying people suspected of joy riding through the streets of D.C. and the National Harbor area, disregarding traffic locals and creating chaos.

Police ATVs and light motorcycles will be provide part of a stepped-up police presence this weekend, authorities said.
