Police: Fatal Shooting of Germantown Teens Not Random; Multiple Shooters Fired at Least 30 Rounds

WASHINGTON — Montgomery County police say they do not believe the shooting deaths of two Germantown, Maryland, teens earlier this month on the eve of their high school graduation was a random act and they are pleading for the public to provide tips in the case.

Police said Friday the teens were shot multiple times. Police said investigators recovered 30 shell casings at the scene of multiple calibers and they believe there were multiple shooters.
