WASHINGTON — A man has died after he was hit by a vehicle traveling along New York Avenue at 4th Street Northeast in D.C. early Wednesday morning.
D.C. police say they got a call about the crash around 12:15 a.m. The victim died on the scene.
Police activity has caused closures in both directions between Florida Avenue and 9th Street Northeast.
