WASHINGTON — Red Line riders may want to find an alternative if your trip requires you to travel between Gallery Place and Dupont Circle.
Metro suspends Red Line service between those points as D.C. Fire & EMS investigates a report of possible smoke in a tunnel.
Metro says it is working to get buses to the area.
Metro says the following bus alternatives are available from Dupont Circle: 42, 43, G2, L2, N2, N4, Metro Center 42, 54, 80, D6, G8, P17, P19, S2, S4, W13, X.
