Man Accused of Killing Stepfather in Bowie Posted Photos Posing With Body

WASHINGTON — A man killed his stepfather and tweeted multiple pictures of the body Saturday morning in Bowie, Maryland, according to police. Authorities confirmed that one of the pictures showed the suspect lying next to the body.

Police say they responded to a call at Dalby Court at about 8 a.m. After finding the victim, police began a search for the suspect.

Prince George’s County police spotted the suspect in a vehicle near Hampton Mall. Police began a vehicular pursuit of the suspect, which lead toward Bowie, Maryland.

According to Tyler Hunter, a public information officer with Prince George’s County, the vehicular pursuit ended at Devonwood Drive, where the suspect exited the car and was chased on foot. The pursuit ended at the 1000 block of Dodson Court.

Police say the suspect has a history of domestic disputes, both verbal and physical.

The identities of the suspect and victim have not been released.
