WASHINGTON — A new, 125,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness is to open in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and is ramping up hiring for hundreds of full- and part-time job positions now.
Life Time Fitness is to hold a job fair from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31 at the Courtyard Gaithersburg Washington Center at 204 Boardwalk Place.
The Gaithersburg location, called Life Time Athletic Gaithersburg, is an all-in-one facility for sports, professional fitness, family recreation and spa treatments. The club hours will be 4 a.m. to midnight.
Job openings are wide-ranging and include massage therapists, nail technicians, cooks, camp supervisors, yoga instructors, cycle instructors, swim instructors, lifeguards, personal trainers and dietitians.
The Gaithersburg branch will be the 122th nationwide location for the Chanhassen, Minnesota-based corporation.
Life Time Fitness has six other locations in the Washington metro area including Reston, Centreville, Loudoun, Fairfax, Rockville and Columbia.
