WASHINGTON — Monument Sotheby’s International Realty has just listed Cal Ripken Jr.’s secluded, 25-acre estate in Tufton Farms for $12.5 million.
The Orioles Hall-of-Famer spent 30 years living in the home, which was custom-built in 1985 and completely renovated in the late-1990s.
Ripken played his entire career in Baltimore, setting the record for consecutive games played at 2,632.
The main house includes six bedrooms, 10 full baths, four fireplaces, a theater and an eight-car garage.
The gated estate also includes guesthouse, a pool and cabana plus a lake and a dock.
The baseball star’s home comes with a full-sized baseball diamond, an indoor basketball court, a locker room, batting cage and a trainer’s room with an ice soak tub.
Ripken, and ex-wife Kelly Ripken finalized their divorce in April, after 30 years of marriage. Ripken currently lives in Annapolis, according to the Capital Gazette.
