2-truck Crash Snarls Traffic on I-95 in Howard Co.

WASHINGTON — Traffic on southbound Interstate 95 in Howard County, Maryland, has been tied up for hours Friday morning after a tractor-trailer overturned and another truck went off the road near Md. 175.

The road has never been fully closed, but only one left lane was getting by at the site of the crash, before Md. 175/Exit 41. A second lane opened up at about 6:45 a.m.

The trucks crashed at about 2 a.m. There are no reports of anyone being seriously hurt.
