WASHINGTON — Anne Arundel County police are investigating a double homicide in Shady Side, Maryland, Thursday morning.
A man and a woman were pronounced dead on the scene after being shot in the area of Scott Town and Nick Roads in Shady Side at around 1 a.m., police confirm.
This is an ongoing investigation.
Police do not believe there is a threat to the public, according to a Facebook post.
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to call 911, according to Marc Limansky, a spokesman for the police department.
