When she won “Dancing With the Stars” on Tuesday night, model Brooke Burke was practically speechless. But after the show, Mel B got the model and current mirror ball champ talking by asking her about her fiance’s tears over the win.
“I know, isn’t that so sweet,” Brooke gushed over David Charvet’s misty eyes. “I don’t know if it’s because it’s over and I get to come back home now, or if it was just the joy of seeing the whole process. My family has been through a lot. I mean, they gave up so much mommy time.”

Brooke also said she was thrilled to help Derek Hough, her professional partner, finally take his first mirror ball title.
“You deserved it,” Brooke said facing Derek. “It was your turn. It was totally your turn.”

While Brooke was thrilled for Derek, Warren Sapp, the former NFL star who finished runner-up to the model, was happy for the mother of four.
“The trophy is in its… rightful place,” Warren said. “The beautiful one came here every week and performed on top of her game.”
