7/7: See 179 Movies in 100 Minutes

Plus, "Sleeper" in NoMa and Party at the Plaza

JUST A LITTLE BIT: You might remember the Reduced Shakespeare Company from such theatrical events as "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)" -- and now they're back with "Completely Hollywood (abridged)." Expect mashups along the lines of Jessica Tandy and Robert DeNiro in "Taxi Driving Miss Daisy." 7:30 p.m.; $45.

BACK TO THE FUTURE: Spend a night at the movies at NoMa Summer Screen Series (L Street N.E. between 2nd & 3rd N.E.) -- this year's theme: "The Future is Now." Kick off the night with barbecue by Smokin' Somethin,' plus popcorn and Italian ice. The night's main attraction is "Sleeper." Never seen it? For shame! It's a 1973 Woody Allen slapstick -- he wakes up in the future, deals with fancy gadgets, fights the government and verbally spars with Diane Keaton. We love this one. 7 p.m. food and music; 9 p.m. movie; no cover.

(SUB)URBAN ADVENTURE: Who doesn't love riding one of Metro's longest escalators? Head to Rosslyn for the Party at the Plaza for live music, dancing and drinks at Rosslyn Plaza (1611 N. Kent St., Arlington). Orquesta la Leyenda will play salsa and Eileen Torres will offer lessons. 5:30 lessons; 6-8 p.m. open dance; free.
