Phillips Collection Gala Honors Luminaries From Fashion & Philanthropy

One of the highlights of D.C.'s spring gala season (yes, really, there is a gala season) is the Phillips Collection's annual bash. This year, the Phillips will add a dash of serious glamour in honoring legendary fashion designer and noted photographer Reed Krakoff, as well as Linda Lichtenberg Kaplan, for their contributions to the arts.

A crowd of more than 400 is expected to dine among the Phillips Collection masterworks in their black-tie best. Chef Todd Grey's Occasions Caterers will provide food with entertainment by Washington's Best Musicians.

For the young professional crowd, the evening will continue with a 1970s-themed after-party at the scrumptious Anderson House.

From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., the bash will feature dessert and dancing to beats by DJ Dirty Hands. Only 125 tickets will be available for this limited space -- and even at the price of $150 for Members and $200 for non-Members, there are just a few left.
