“Those passé styles are tremendously different than what is popular and in demand today,” says the store’s retail merchandiser, Ashley Fioramonti. “Today, people want solids, cleanable (or performance) fabrics, and a variety of textures. And if they do want patterns, it’s usually limited to just the accent pillows.”
