It may be hot and humid outside, but the White House is already dreaming about a white Christmas.

First Lady Melania Trump is looking for volunteers to help deck the halls of the White House during the Christmas season.

The White House said in a press release it is also looking for local musicians including high school bands, choirs and "Christmas-themed" entertainers to perform during holiday open houses.

People who want to decorate can apply online through Sept. 3, while musicians can apply through Sep. 17.

The first lady posted a picture on Twitter of her working on Christmas plans with an aide.

“There is still a lot of work to be done, but I hope everyone will enjoy our final holiday vision for the People’s House.” the first lady said on Twitter on Jul. 26.
