    Downtown Holiday Market
    Through Dec. 23, noon to 8 p.m. daily
    Centered at 8th and F streets NW

    This sprawling market hosts more than 150 regional makers selling jewelry, pottery, paintings and more. The annual market also has performances and food to get you in a merry mood.

    Maryland Christmas Show
    Nov. 29-Dec. 1
    Frederick County Fairgrounds (797 East Patrick St., Frederick, Maryland)

    Kick off holiday shopping season with a trip to the Maryland Christmas Show, which is in its 35th year. Find decorations, ornaments, gifts and more across seven buildings. Dress warmly. Tickets cost $8 for adults and $4 for children. Parking is $2. 

    DC Brau Holiday Market

    The DC Brau Holiday Market transforms the brewery into a one-day craft marketplace with live music, food, beer and games for all ages. It's free to visit.

    Latinx Holiday Market
    Dec. 1, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    Shop from Latinx vendors including La Horchata, Duende District and more while eating vegan food and tasting wine flights. It's free to enter.

    Unique Markets Holiday Pop-Up

    Unique Markets aims to give holiday shopping a festival-like atmosphere. Tickets start at $10 and include a tote bag, photo booth and a free gift wrap station.

    URBNmarket Holiday Pop-Up at Mosiac

    Heurich House Christkindlmarkt

    Heurich House Museum (1307 New Hampshire Ave. NW)

    The Heurich House Christkindlmarkt brings a traditional German-style market to Dupont Circle. Things kick off Friday at 4 p.m. with a VIP preview, then the regular market is open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. Tickets start at $10 for adults and $4 for children.

    GRUMP Holiday Market
    Dec. 6-9, 5-9 p.m.
    National Zoo

    Head inside the zoo's main entrance for what's billed as an alternative craft shows. You'll find unique and quirky gifts, from toys to prints and more.
