We're looking at "a perfect evening for Halloween," Storm Team4 Chief Meteorologist Doug Kammerer says.
The weather in the D.C. area is expected to be mild with temperatures in the 60s, according to Storm Team4.
Bring a flashlight if the area where you'll trick-or-treat is not well-lit, Storm Team4's Amelia Draper advised as the moon will not be out during this time.
The temperature will drop a little as the night goes on, with 64 degrees at 7 p.m., 62 degrees at 9 p.m. and 61 degrees at 11 p.m.
