The D.C. hot spot has hosted various other themed bars in the past, featuring Game of Thrones, Royal Wedding and Christmas themes.
Now, the two storefronts are celebrating cherry blossom season and St. Patrick's Day. The Cherry Blossom Bar is covered in nearly 90,000 individual flowers cascading from the ceiling and canopying around the bar while Public boasts its own floral arrangement.

Love the idea of having a pet kitten but hate the idea of the responsibility? The new Kitten Lounge pop-up is a dream come true for you. The Crumbs & Whiskers and Homeward Trails Animal Rescue collaboration comes in time for Kitty Season, which they say is the time when shelters are overflowing with kittens.
The pop-up allows for visitors to buy an experience. It's 15 minutes for $15, 30 minutes for $20 or 75 minutes for $35. There is food and drink service available while you play with the kittens. Fall in love with one? Kitten Lounge encourages you to adopt it.

The WoCo Festival's lineup features a slew of talented women playing classical, orchestral and brass band music. You can buy weekend passes, day passes or tickets to the headliner concerts.

You can celebrate Women's History Month during all of March, but Friday is also International Women's Day. This year's theme is #BalanceisBetter and organizers encourage you to take a special selfie to celebrate.

Sarah Silverman hosts a symphony experience that's slated to push the boundaries of the traditional symphony.

National Museum of Women in the Arts Celebration
