In the parental justice community, babies are represented by two separate but equally important groups: the mothers who nag them, and the fathers who embarrass everyone around. These are their stories.

Actress Alana de la Garza has another item to add to her resume—television actress, wife, and now mother.

The actress gave birth to Kieran Thomas Roberts on September 28th, at a healthy and hearty 9 lb, 3 oz, People magazine reported. It is her first child with husband Michael Roberts.

De la Garza played Assistant District Attorney Connie Rubirosa on the long-running "Law & Order," joining the cast in 2006. She and her husband announced the pregnancy in April, a month before the New York-centric show went off the air.

“He is here! I’m in looooove!” the actress told Lantina.com in an email.
