After getting out of jail with a shortened sentence, Lindsay Lohan may be about to do the same with her stint in rehab.

LiLo, who started a court mandated 90-day stay in rehab August 2, may be released early according to the New York Post.

The prosecutor in the case, Danette Meyers, told RadarOnline that it was likely that Lohan would not serve her full time.

"My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility," Meyers said.

Holley, Lohan's attorney, said that her client appears to be in good spirits during her stay at the UCLA Medical Center.

“Ms. Lohan looks very good. She looks healthy," Holley said. My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility."

Meyers said that  her office would most likely continue to follow up with the "Mean Girls" star after her release to make sure she was receiving proper treatment.

Lohan served just two weeks of a 90-day jail sentence for a parole violation related to a 2007 DUI conviction.
