Kanye West Ends Concert Early After Losing His Voice

The rapper promised everyone a refund for ending the performance early.

It's no secret that Kanye West is a perfectionist.

The rapper cut short his sixth and final show at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. Thursday night. As his performance of "Only One" was reaching its end, he asked the house crew to turn the lights on. "My voice is so hoarse," West said. "I can't finish the show...I can't let y'all have a show where I can't perform for you." The crowd initially booed before chanting the rapper's name. "I'm very sorry. I love you," he said. "I'll give everyone a refund. I'll do better next time."

West had performed 45 minutes of his set when he decided the show was over. E! News reached out to reps for West and Live Nation to get further details regarding the refunds.

The next stop on West's Saint Pablo Tour is scheduled for Nov. 17 in San Jose, Calif.

In mid-October, Live Nation announced that West would be extending his nationwide tour, playing 21 more shows. With the added dates, the tour will end in Brooklyn on New Year's Eve.
