Bob Harper is hitting the equipment again after suffering a heart attack a few weeks ago.

The “Biggest Loser” host posted an Instagram video of himself on a treadmill taking a stress test, making funny faces for the camera. For someone who suffered a heart attack that reportedly left him unconscious for two days, Harper picks up some pretty good speed. But after years as a personal trainer, he wrote in the post that he feels like he is “starting back at SQUARE ONE.”

“I plan on being the BEST STUDENT,” Harper continued.

Since leaving the hospital, Harper seems to be spending most of his hours with his dog, Karl, and relaxing. He recently tweeted a photo hugging two of his pals, captioned, “Some of the best medicine right now for me is spending time with special friends.”

Harper has also changed up his diet, focusing on Mediterranean food per the doctor’s orders. He instagrammed a photo of fish and brussel sprouts complimented by bread, olive oil, and red wine on Wednesday at Eataly, a popular eatery in New York City.
