Pink: ‘American Idol' Finalists ‘Butchered' My Song

Although several music superstars — including Keith Urban, Cyndi Lauper, KISS and Carlos Santana — took the stage on the "American Idol" finale to share their music with this year's "Idol" contestants, one singer wasn't too pleased to hear her song belted out by the up-and-comers.

Although Pink wasn't in attendance at the "Idol" finale, this season's Top 13 took to the stage and performed a group number to her song "So What?" – a performance that appears to have left the rocker less than thrilled.

"i heard it thru the grapevine that someone butchered my song last night on tv…. does that mean ive 'made it?' lol." Pink wrote on her Twitter page on Thursday.

But Pink, who is currently on tour in Australia, isn't entirely anti-"Idol." She previously appeared on the show's annual "Idol Gives Back" charity special on May 9, 2007.

Although, at the time it was reported there was a bit of controversy between the singer and "Idol" execs who wanted her to alter the lyrics to her song "U and Ur Hand," which is about self-stimulation.

Pink reportedly wasn't willing to change her song, and performed her hit, "Who Knew," instead.
