PETA is ready to cut a deal if Nadya Suleman will place this ad outside her La Habra home.

Despite Nadya "Octomom" Suleman saying her La Habra home is not at risk of foreclosure, the offers to help her out keep coming.

First, Vivid Entertainment offered to pay off her mortgage in exchange for some on-camera work, the New York Daily News reported.

Now, PETA is offering to help out.

The animal rights group on Tuesday offered to "bolster her finances" in exchange for placing an advertisement on her front lawn, according to a statement on its website. The proposed ad reads: "Don't let your dog or cat become an 'octomom.' Always spay or neuter."

KPCC reported Thursday morning that Suleman accepted PETA's offer.

Suleman earned the moniker "Octomom" after giving birth to octuplets on Jan 26, 2009, bringing her entire brood to 14, as she had six children already. All those kids makes her front yard an enticing location for PETA.

"Massive media attention is aimed at covering Octomom's every move, and it's time to put that attention to good use. After all, Americans need to know that millions of dogs and cats end up in animal shelters every year, and half of them are euthanized simply because there aren't enough good homes," Karin Bennett of PETA posted on the group's blog.

Unfortunately for Vivid and PETA, it appears Suleman isn't interested in the financial help.

On Monday, she denied reports of being behind on house payments, saying, "95 percent of everything has been lies, made up, catastrophized ... We're fine. We're not losing our house. It's just ridiculous."
