Sandra and Jesse's Divorce is Finalized

Terms not diclosed, but both are moving to Austin

It's officially over between Sandra Bullock and Jesse James.

The Oscar winning actress finalized her divorce from her motorcycle magnate hubby, who admitted cheating on her, according to Us Weekly. Their relationship unraveled as a string of tawdry women reported having affairs with James, including the heavily tattooed Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. Terms of the divorce were not disclosed.

The pair was married for five years before Bullock, 45, filed for divorce in Austin, Texas, on April 23, claiming that the marriage "has become insupportable."

On the heels of the filing, Bullock revealed that she and James had been in the process of adopting a baby from New Orleans, 3 1/2 month-old Louis. She said she plans to raise the boy as a single parent.

James is now moving to Austin, where Bullock relocated from their L.A. home. Friends told the magazine thy are not reconciling, but are on speaking terms.

"Jesse would not relocate his family [Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr, 12, and Sunny, 6] to Austin without consulting with her," the insider told Us. "This has been in the works for a while. Austin is Sandra; it's not him."

Bullock kept a low profile following the split, but with overwhelming public sentiment on her side, has made a few well-received appearances in recent months.

She played guitar and sang at a Nashville flood benefit concert last week, even posing for photos with "Blind Side" co-star Tim McGraw and his wife, Faith Hill. Earlier, she accepted the Generation Award at the MTV Movie Awards, kissing Scarlett Johnasson on the mouth.

"Can we please go back to normal — because therapy is really expensive," she quipped.
