More “Desperate” Legal Trouble: Teri Hatcher Sues Ex-Employee

Hatcher is claiming violation of a confidentiality agreement.

With co-star Nicolette Sheriden involved in a court battle with ABC, "Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher has her own legal tussle brewing.

In documents filed earlier this month, Hatcher claims that a former employee, Jennifer Glassman, violated a confidentiality agreement by copying Hatcher's emails without the actress's consent.

Hatcher claims the emails contained work-related material, including details on her post-"Desperate Housewives" plans, but also personal information about her health and relationships.

There is no indication Glassman distributed or leaked any of the information she may have gotten from the emails.

Glassman had previously sued Hatcher claiming she was promised a partnership in Hatcher's production company but was then abruptly fired.
