Kendra Wilkinson Admits She Was “Depressed” After Son's Birth

Kendra Wilkinson posted an adorable photo of herself and baby Hank Jr. earlier this week, along with a blog post where she called parenthood "one of the wildest and most exciting things ever." But in a new interview with OK! magazine, the reality star revealed she became depressed after her son's birth in December 2009.

"After giving birth, I never brushed my hair, my teeth or took a shower," she told the mag.

Kendra said she came to a realization she was down in the dumps after seeing her reflection.

"I looked in the mirror one day and was really depressed," she said, in excerpts from the interview, posted online. "I thought, 'Look at me!' I had this glamorous life in LA and now [in Indianapolis] I didn't."

Kendra and her husband, Hank Bassett, moved to Indianapolis after he secured a gig playing for the Colts.

But despite having a new baby, and being married to a star headed to the Super Bowl (which the Colts eventually lost), Kendra said that at one point, she felt hopeless.

"A couple of times, I even said, 'I just have nothing to live for.'"

The revelation will likely come as a surprise to readers of Kendra's blog.

Not long after Hank Jr.'s December 11 birth, Kendra began blogging about how "thrilled" she and her husband were with the arrival of their little one. She also posted around half a dozen of her OK! magazine covers and features in the weeks following her son's birth.

"Kendra" Season 2 premieres on Sunday, March 14 at 10 PM on E!
