Jennifer Hudson Wants To Reprise Role Of Louise In ‘Sex & The City' Sequel

Jennifer Hudson joined the "Sex and The City" franchise playing Louise from St. Louis. But she is very much open to becoming Louise from New York City if the opportunity arises in the movie's sequel.

In an interview with Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson, Jennifer revealed she is very interested in reprising her role if executive producers Michael Patrick King and Sarah Jessica Parker want her back.

"Are you going to reprise your role on 'Sex and The City'?" Shaun asked.

"I hope so! Come on Michael and Sarah," Jennifer laughed.

Sarah Jessica recently confirmed the sequel to the box office smash is in the works and Jennifer hopes her character, who left New York City (and her job as Carrie Bradshaw's assistant) for true love, comes back.

"I would love [to play Louise again]," she said. "I told Michael Patrick King, I said that Louise has moved back to New York from St. Louis, so… I'll be ready if that opportunity comes."
