The woman who called 911 to report "drunk driver" Heather Locklear was a former staffer at Us Weekly who is under investigation by the FBI for breaking into the magazine's computer system after she left to locate celebs, TMZ reported. Listen to the 911 call here.
The woman, Jill Ishkanian, called 911 after she watched Locklear leave a market and get into a car and gave the operator Heather's location and plate number. The next call Ishkanian made was to tip off the paparazzi that Locklear was going to get collared, according to TMZ.
Ishkanian is also the only witness who said Locklear was driving erratically and was drunk even though a Breathalyzer proved the latter otherwise.
