The entry period for the 2010 NBC4 Black History Month Essay and Photo Contest is now closed. Thanks to all of the high school students who entered the contest, sponsored by Allstate.
The names of this year's finalists will be announced and posted here at nbcwashington.com the week of February 15th, and the top four essays will be published in the Washington Informer newspaper the week of February 22nd.
