Join the Salvation Army, NBC4, Telemundo 44, Burke and Herbert Bank, Georgetown MedStar Nurses, and Bergmann's Cleaners as we help families in our community stay warm this winter by donating a new or gently used coat to the Share the Warmth coat drive.
Our friends at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital Nurses will once again collect gently worn coats for those in need throughout the D.C. area through Dec. 20 at the hospital in Georgetown.
Also, through Dec. 14, all Burke & Herbert Bank branches throughout Virginia will accept coat donations.
You may also drop off coats in the lobby of The Salvation Army's downtown DC office located at 26th and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
Bergmann’s Cleaning will launder the coats free of charge and deliver them to the Salvation Army. All the coats will be distributed by the Salvation Army in January.
