Ingredients: 1 ¼ pounds Stockman & Dakota™ Boneless Sirloin Steak
1 medium sweet onion, sliced ½-inch thick
¾ cup zesty Italian dressing, divided
1 avocado, pit and skin removed, quartered
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 (5 ounce) package spring mix salad
½ cup crumbled blue cheese

Place steak, onion slices and ½ cup dressing in a recloseable food storage bag; seal. Refrigerate and marinate several hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove steak and onion slices from bag; discard marinade. Place steak and onions on grill. Grill steak, turning once, 8-16 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium). Grill onions until softened and slightly charred (about 10 minutes), turning once. Grill avocado quarters until slightly charred (about 3-4 minutes), turning once.
Thinly slice steak; set aside. Toss salad greens with remaining dressing; divide among 4 large salad plates. Top with steak, avocados, tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles.
